Apple Inc manufacturing Macintosh laptops presents the MacBook. It entered the market in 2006 and soon supplanted the iBook as well as the 12-inch PowerBook models of notebook computers as a part of the Apple Intel transition. It is assumed to be the best-selling Mac pc in history. There have been three separate versions of the MacBook: the original version deploys a polycarbonate case that was modeled after the iBook G4. The second model - the 15" MacBook Pro - was presented in 2008. It deployed a unibody aluminum casing and was updated and re-branded as the 13" MacBook Pro in June 2009. The third make introduced in October 2009 introduced a unibody polycarbonate casing called as MC240LL/A. It supplanted both the iBook and the 12" PowerBook.
Being Apple's cheapest notebook, the white MacBook is popular on the education market and among users seeking a cheaper Mac experience. It has sub-$1, 000 price tag and features the same white polycarbonate case.

Functioning
After various tests, the new laptop has been proved to be approximately 6.5% faster than the 2GHz white MacBook laptop it has supplanted. Cinema 4D is about 5% quicker on the new white MacBook.
Laptop battery longevity
The White 13-inch MacBook is said to run for about three and a half hours, which is approximately half an hour more than its predecessor.
